Food Service and Catering Staff

There are many serving jobs offering flexibility these days, but there's only one At Your Service.

Join the best and be the best. We’ve been working with banquet and catering staff for close to 40 years. Come see what makes us different.

We hire captains, servers and bartenders to work catered events in New York City, The Hamptons, Boston, Baltimore and Washington DC. Venues, companies, and caterers in the area need waitstaff to work their events (think: meetings, conferences, weddings, museum openings, parties, etc) and we send them the staff they need.

What Makes Us Different?

We’ve been in this business for over 40 years, and, for our employees, it shows. Not only do we offer flexible scheduling and competitive pay, but we go above and beyond to make working for us feel like home.

Our employees are scheduled at places they want to work – not on a “first come, first served” basis. At AYS, we do not treat employees as “one size fits all.” We hate the word "temp." We treat our team like the individuals they are, because each one of our team members has their own story.

So, you tell us when you are available to work each week and where you like to go and we schedule you based on that. We remember it about you too. Because, at At Your Service, YOU matter.

No prior food service experience is necessary (though some experience is preferred) but a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment is a must!

All interviews are scheduled via email and interviews are conducted via video.

Come see what makes us different. We can’t wait to meet you.
